How do I place an order?
Orders are placed via the internet with our easy to use, secure check out process. BDW Enterprises.com takes a lot of pride in our customer service. If you are not sure if a product is exactly what you need or want more information, email our customer service department and we will  respond promptly to any questions or problems you might have.

To purchase online, click on the 'Add to Cart' button and you will be directed to the shopping cart for review. You can continue shopping at this point or simply choose the quantities you would like and finalize your order. You will be prompted for your credit card information and given the opportunity to adjust your billing and shipping information. At this point, you will be ready to place your order. After your order is processed and approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive a shipment tracking number so you will have the ability to track your package.

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order anytime before it has shipped. If you have not received a shipment confirmation, please email our Customer Service Team at custserv@bdwenterprises.com to make sure we have not shipped your order. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately we can not cancel the order. We are happy to assist you in any way possible to satisfy your needs.

How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders usually ship by the next business day, but in some cases may take 3-5 days to ship, pending credit card approval. Orders which are received on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day they are available.

Do you sell used or refurbished merchandise?
We do not sell used items, but we may offer factory refurbished items at times to our customers. All refurbished items will be clearly marked. Any items that do not say refurbished, will be factory new.

To offer as many products as possible, and to keep our costs as low as possible, we do dropship products directly from our suppliers.

Can I "special order" an item that you do not have on your website?
Yes. We want you to contact our sales personnel for any special purchases which you may want to make. We are always adding new items to our website, but we due to the sheer volume of goods that are available it is cost prohibitive to try to caryy everything. What do I do if the product I received is damaged?
You should refuse the shipment if the package is obviously damaged. If the package is received, but the product inside is damaged. Please contact our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt at, custserv@bdwenterprises.com. To get a return autorization, or replacement item.
