Our goal is to provide our customers with products at a fair price, shipped in a timely manner, and above all with superior customer service. Payment:
We accept major credits cards including Discover, Mastercard, & Visa. All credit card numbers are encrypted and secure, on our payment providers site BDW Enterprises, does not store any payment information. Customer orders are held in the strictest confidence. We will not disclose or sell any customer information including e-mail addresses, names, telephone numbers, or physical addresses. We value our customers and their privacy.
Sales Tax:
Orders delivered to Michigan, & California will be charged applicable sales tax depending on the shipping address.
Shipping:
Items purchased from BDW Enterprises generally ship within 1-3 days. At this time only UPS shipping is available. Shipping costs will be calculated during check out.
For faster delivery, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Second Day Air or Next Day Air delivery is available. Please note that UPS does not guarantee all Next Day Air deliveries. Depending on the destination, deliveries may take two days.

At this time all sales are final. Please keep your invoice!
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Any questions concerning an exchange/refund should be directed to our customer service department at custserv@bdwenterprises.com. If the merchandise you received is defective, email our customer service department for instructions.
If you cancel your order after it has shipped, you are still responsible for the order, including costs associated with shipping. Refusing to accept the delivery of your order does not constitute a cancellation of that order.

We do our best to make sure that pricing and other specifications are correct. However, mistakes do occur and these errors are subject to correction.

Back Orders and Discontinued Items
From time to time (and much to our dismay), shortages and out of stocks will occur. Items may be back ordered for three reasons:
There is more demand for the item than we originally anticipated, and our suppliers have to re-supply us with the additional inventory.
The manufacturer has failed to ship to us in a timely manner due to a shortage of parts, materials, etc.
Transportation strikes, natural disasters, etc. When we experience an out of stock situation, your entire order will be shipped at one time if the out of stock item arrives within 1-5 working days of the date of your order.
If we don't anticipate being able to restock quickly enough to meet the 5-working day limit, your order will be shipped minus the out of stock item. At that time, out-of-stock items priced over $15.00 will be treated as a backorder unless the customer requests that we not ship back orders. Out-of-stock items priced under $15.00 will be deleted from the order, and you will be asked to re-order at another time.
If we don't anticipate re-stock of an item in a reasonable amount of time, your order will be shipped minus the out of stock item, and you will be asked to re-order at another time.
Discontinued items will, of course, not be shipped.
You will receive a notice in the first package indicating the dispensation of any items not shipped
